Style of the Wine: Great freshness and aromas of flowers, fresh bread and fruits translate some original purity. While beyond the standard of the range, this style confirms the style of the house, able to surprise us with the blanc de Blancs from Montagne de Reims, atypical of the usual expression of chardonnay in Champagne.Nose/Taste: The golden colour with intense green hints is vivid with fine and rapid bubbles. The nose is intense, mixing lime zest notes with softer aromas of fresh bread, rip grain and lime. You will also notice a slight minerality and a few toasted notes. The palate offers a frank attack. Structured and lively ‘’buttery flavours’’ in the mid-palate sustain floral aromas of white fruit, fresh pear, and citrus.

Grand Cru Vintage 2015 80% Pinot and 20% Chardonnay

Style of the Wine Due to the extended ageing process, our millesime vintage champagne is fuller body and richer texture. The expression of Pinot Noir from Verzenay enhanced by chardonnay is the perfect mastering of the blending art. Nose/taste The colour is deep gold. The effervescence is mild but regular, leaving fine bubbles, forming a graceful neck. The nose and palate are generous, ample, complex and slowly opens onto mixed citrus, ripe fruit, brioche, nut and minerality with more pronounced flavours.

Champagne Rose 60% Pinot Noir- 35% Chardonnay- 5%Pinot Meunier and 15 to 18% of red wine

Style of the Wine Power and lightness, this rose balances between two values: Virile in the eye, it reveals a big heart in the palate. Its subtlety between 15 and 18% of red wine coming from one of the oldest plots of Pinot Noir that is vinified in Verzenay. The Nose/Taste The colour is ruby pink slightly carmine contained in a fine line of bubbles. The nose is discreet at first and shy. Gradually notes of raspberry sweets and hot jams of red fruits: cherries, redcurrant, pear The palate is both tender and crunchy, almost biting. The melted effervescence makes this wine soft, fresh, and pleasant.
